Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated School Social Worker for a position near Livonia to support a K2 student population in a dynamic and collaborative school setting. The role offers the flexibility of hybrid or onsite work and focuses on social, emotional, and behavioral student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to elementary students (primarily K2), including non-verbal students

• Implement intervention strategies for behavioral and emotional concerns

• Address crisis situations and participate in school safety planning

• Collaborate with educators, families, and external providers to ensure student success

Requirements:

• Michigan School Social Worker Certification

• Masters degree in Social Work

• Pediatric experience is required

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

• Ability to adapt strategies to meet a wide range of student needs
