Job Overview:

We are seeking an ABA Mid-Level Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals through behavioral therapy interventions.

Duties:

Implement treatment strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
Monitor learner progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Conduct regular Caregiver Training
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive learner care
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians

Qualifications:

Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and drivers' insurance
And one (1) of the following
Board Certified associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
OR
Bachelor’s Degree + 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis + 1 year of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services
OR
Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years of experience in implementing behavior intervention services

Nice-to-have Skills:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Experience with writing progress, and transfer reports
Experience with Central Reach
