Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 and $6,000 annual bonus potential that is paid out monthly.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence-based strategies
  • Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
  • Create materials to support client’s behavior plan
  • Participate in quality assurance
  • Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff
  • Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA trainees
  • Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness and update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning style

Qualifications:

  • An active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
  • Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred
  • Experience in quality management preferred
  • Proficiency in the English language

Compensation Information:

  • $85,000 - $95,000 and $6,000 annual bonus potential that is paid out monthly
