Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services.

Responsibilities:
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence-based strategies
- Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
- Create materials to support client’s behavior plan
- Participate in quality assurance
- Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff
- Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA trainees
- Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness and update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning style
Qualifications:
- An active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
- Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
- Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred
- Experience in quality management preferred
- Proficiency in the English language
Compensation Information:
- $85,000 - $95,000 and $6,000 annual bonus potential that is paid out monthly
