What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and manage referrals, serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services.
- Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to match individuals with the right support.
- Administer the intake process by collecting, verifying, and recording all necessary information.
- Maintain accurate files and ensure all intake paperwork is complete.
- Resolve documentation issues quickly to prevent delays in service.
- Verify funding and insurance coverage arrangements.
- Complete all required reports in compliance with standards.
- Support families and team members by answering administrative questions and assisting in crisis situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Two years of relevant experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
