About Us:
On Track Pediatric Therapy is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Eureka, MO, offering speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, ABA therapy, and counseling services for children from birth to age 18. We are expanding our ABA program and looking for a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative, family-centered team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide individualized behavior analysis services to children with developmental and behavioral needs. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to build a meaningful caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to help children achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based, compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create comprehensive, data-driven treatment plans
• Deliver direct ABA therapy and provide supervision to behavior technicians
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain clear and timely documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and counselors
• Offer caregiver coaching and training to promote consistency across environments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with children, preferably in a pediatric or interdisciplinary setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Telehealth experience is a plus
