Are you interested in helping adults with intellectual disabilities in the community?

Community Care Partners, LLC is looking for a BCBA to oversee assigned caseload of individuals receiving Community Based supports, Individuals supports and Supported Employment from the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). The BCBA is responsible for overseeing the delivery of ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves supervising ABA therapists, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

We need someone who can work a minimum of 10 hours a week, flexible schedule!

Responsibilities

  • Supervise ABA therapists and registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to staff.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure progress.
  • Oversee the implementation of ABA interventions.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct direct observations and provide in-the-moment coaching to therapists.
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, DDD regulations, and BACB guidelines.
  • Engage with families and caregivers to educate and involve them in the treatment process.
  • Provide training and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • This position may require travel between multiple locations.
  • Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.

Skills

  • Proven working experience work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
  • Knowledge of Supports and Community Care Program manuals
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Current driver's license
  • Active BCBA Licensure Required
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking is preferred
