Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families.

Benefits

  • Total Compensation is from $60,000-$95,600 with bonuses based on experience

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and licensure as a Louisiana Behavior Analyst
  • Experience in developing and implementing ABA-based interventions with clients
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering trauma-informed ABA-based interventions and services in-clinic
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and assent-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), conduct assessments, and oversee and monitor progress. Make adjustments based on individual data and update treatment as needed
  • Maintain meticulous treatment records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly
  • Conduct caregiver meetings on a monthly basis to update, collaborate, and train caregivers on progress and interventions being implemented
  • Train and supervise a team of RLTs. Provide feedback, encouragement, training, support, and leadership to the team
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to strategic planning for our ABA program
  • Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols

  • Collaborate with teammates, related service providers, and caregivers
  • Create and maintain an inclusive and positive work culture that models enthusiasm, collaboration, and rapport between colleagues
  • Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent services for patients and caregivers, practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with Clinic policies and HIPAA requirements
  • Uses leadership development principles and techniques to deal with teammates, caregivers, related service providers, and clients calmly and pleasantly
  • Lead teammates who deliver on clinical excellence and contribute to shaping an unmatched work culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations in collaboration with Operations Manager and Clinical Director
  • Work with Operations Manager and Clinical Director to facilitate people services, including teammate concerns, teammate development, and work culture
