POSITION TITLE: Mental Health Professional (MHP) - LCSW, CSW, PLMFT or PLPC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain assigned billable hours per week.
- Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies or community and natural supports as needed;
- Be knowledgeable of and adept at child and adult mental health counseling;
- Provide strength-based, solution focused, client-centered supportive therapeutic services in home and community based settings;
- Be able, or willing to learn, to use computer interface to complete documentation for billing or other purposes as needed;
- Document services provided regularly, concisely, and completely in accordance with clinical standards by office deadline.
- Available for Supervision Meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as scheduled by Licensed Mental Health Professional;
- Return phone calls and emails promptly.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Obtain all required continuing education hours as required by appropriate licensing board
- Actively participate in all evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Mental Health Professional (MHP) must meet the following educational criteria:
- A Master's degree from an accredited university or college in the field of:
- Social Work,
- Counseling,
- Psychology or
- Sociology
- With one of the following licensures: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW or CSW.
