- Exhibits knowledge of developments/trends in developmental disabilities and aging.
- Exhibits proper cooperation, enthusiasm, and interest in all areas necessary for the success of FCC and associated services provided.
- Assures compliance with State/Federal law, and CARF accreditation.
- Responsible for interviewing/hiring/training RBT's; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding/disciplining employees; addressing complaints/resolving problems.
- Prepares timely reports/records for quality management review with CARF and Executive Management meetings.
- Assists in community involvement for Public Relations.
- Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS) and functional assessment measures.
- Develops individualized goals and objectives for home-, community-, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
- Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives.
- Conducts regular parent/caregiver and teacher training and consultation.
- Develop materials, training and provide resources for and provide professional learning to parents/guardians in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and and/or other evidence-based methodologies related to addressing the needs of students with behavior difficulties.
- Train behavior technicians on ABA program and individualized plans of care.
- Conducts and oversees the initial RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training.
- Directly observe treatments administered by behavior technicians.
- Facilitate natural environment interventions when appropriate.
- Review technician's documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed.
- Communicate through checking voicemail and email regularly.
- Is responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Program Coordinators and Behavior Technicians.
- Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner according to written procedures and regulatory/payer guidelines.
- Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participates in professional meetings or conferences.
- Adheres to the mission, vision and values of FCC.
- At least three years' experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities.
- Experience with staff training and supervision

- Masters in behavior analysis or related field
- BCBA certification
- The Code of Conduct and Compliance Investigation Procedures as read and discussed in the new employee training must be followed at all times.
- Consumers' progress notes be maintained and completed daily or as needed on the prescribed forms.
- Consumers' records must be maintained weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. All information must be filed in consumers' records as needed and updated as prescribed by funding sources.
