About You

You're a fully-licensed Mental Health Professional with a Master's level degree or higher, holding one of the following licenses: LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (accepted state by state), along with a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
