We provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients of all ages. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Social Worker/Professional Counselor/LMSW & LPCA located in Greenville, SC. The Clinical Social Worker/Professional Counselor/LMSW & LPCA will be responsible for providing individual, couple, and family therapy. Daily tasks include conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and participating in team meetings and supervision. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker/Professional Counselor/LMSW & LPCA in South Carolina
• Professional Malpractice Insurance – $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Two or more years of clinical experience
• Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and age groups
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Successful candidates will have:

• Extensive experience and training providing individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Firm foundation and knowledge in theory of choice.
• Firm foundation and knowledge in trauma-focused evidence-based practice.
• Ability to complete required paperwork for billing in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to complete and maintain all clinical records.
• Ability to represent Beauty for Ashes Counseling in a consistently ethical and professional manner.
