- Develop and maintain daily caregiver schedules based on client care plans
- Match caregivers to clients considering skills, availability, and compatibility
- Proactively manage scheduling issues and conflicts to ensure seamless service
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families regarding schedule updates
- Collaborate with care teams to adjust schedules based on evolving care needs
- Ensure caregiver utilization is efficient and aligned with business needs
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent needs and new client inquiries
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous scheduling experience preferred, but not required
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and scheduling software)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a professional, positive attitude
- Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds
