We're growing-and we're looking for dedicated team members who share our mission of enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.Position OverviewAs an Internal Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily scheduling and coordination of our caregiving staff. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely, consistent, and compassionate care from caregivers best suited to meet their unique needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain daily caregiver schedules based on client care plans
  • Match caregivers to clients considering skills, availability, and compatibility
  • Proactively manage scheduling issues and conflicts to ensure seamless service
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and families regarding schedule updates
  • Collaborate with care teams to adjust schedules based on evolving care needs
  • Ensure caregiver utilization is efficient and aligned with business needs
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent needs and new client inquiries
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous scheduling experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and scheduling software)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain calm under pressure
  • Team-oriented mindset with a professional, positive attitude
  • Comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds
