Description

We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, SC. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to support a dynamic industrial leasing team, primarily focused on landlord-side operations, with some marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, proficiency in design software, and a proactive attitude to effectively manage client needs and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to a three-person industrial leasing team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient task management.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, leveraging tools such as Adobe InDesign to create visually compelling materials.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, delivering timely and accurate responses to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on project goals and maintain consistent communication.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including contract management and documentation, to support leasing activities.
  • Assist with landlord-focused marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Maintain a high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
  • Demonstrate independence and self-motivation in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within commercial real estate or leasing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Marketing experience, particularly in creating and managing campaigns, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
