CareAbility is seeking a licensed and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the recovery journey of adults experiencing mental illness by conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and guiding the delivery of ARMHS services. Responsibilities

• Complete Diagnostic Assessments (DAs) in accordance with MN DHS and MHCP standards.
• Develop and maintain Functional Assessments and Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Accurately diagnose clients and determine service eligibility.
• Collaborate with ARMHS staff to implement person-centered, recovery-focused services.
• Provide clinical consultation and oversight to ARMHS practitioners (if eligible).
• Document services timely and thoroughly in compliance with HIPAA and DHS guidelines.
• Utilize telehealth to expand client access and improve engagement as needed.
• Support cultural responsiveness and trauma-informed care within all client interactions.
• Participate in team meetings, program evaluations, and interdisciplinary discussions.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and client-centered approach in all aspects of care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Minnesota license in one of the following:
• LICSW
• LPCC
• LMFT
• LP (Licensed Psychologist)
• PMHNP or Psychiatrist (MD/DO)
• Some working knowledge of ARMHS services and DHS documentation requirements.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic assessments independently.
• Familiarity with Procentive and electronic health records (EHR) and Medicaid billing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and HIPAA compliance.
