This is a full-time position working as a member of a team which provides ABA services to children and teens affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. Evening availability for supervision of cases is required, but not expected for more than 2-3 nights and typically no later than 7:30 pm. The BCBA will oversee multiple behavioral technicians providing in-home ABA services. The right candidate will be:

  • Appropriately licensed in Michigan to provide ABA
  • Able to work independently at times as well as part of a larger team

  • Passionate about mentoring behavioral technicians and supporting families

Accountabilities Include:

  • Ensuring quality ABA intervention customized to each client/family
  • Overseeing implementation of behavioral techniques
  • Employee engagement to enhance values-driven culture and maintain a positive and supportive environment
  • Mentoring and supervising behavioral technicians

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provides clinical assessments and treatment plans for clients with ASD.
  • Trains and supervises Behavior Technicians
  • Provides parent training, as needed
  • Ensures authorization and appropriate documentation for insurance companies
  • Collaborates with family, school, and other professionals as clinically needed
