First Step Recovery is currently hiring Full-time Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistants. Must have a current CDCA licensure (REQUIRED)

Basic job duties:

• Provide treatment services consistent with CDCA scope of practice.
• May provide group, individual, case management and /or crisis intervention services under supervision.
• Monitoring the safety and location of client's.
• Shifts may be 12 hours.
• Monitor client drug screening and use of medications.
• Experience with recovering population preferred.
