All Ears Autism Services provides applied behavior analysis therapy to children and families throughout Texas. Services are provided in a natural environment (in-home or in the community). Registered Behavior Technician

Duties:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior with a company provided tablet
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Implement behavior management strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent and effective treatment

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that this position requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Previous experience working with individuals with autism or in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to all our Behavior Technicians.
