Here at Tx Behavioral Supports we pride ourselves in providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients in our center, home and in the community setting. We provide hands on supervision to meet board requirements and assist those seeking BCaBA and BCBA credentials to collect hours.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Description:
As an RBT you will be expected to understand the fundamental aspects of ABA, implement behavior plans as written, communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, fellow RBTs and your BCBA. Here at Tx Behavioral Supports we hold a high standard for quality care, focused on the clients needs and those of their caregivers.
You will work closely with the Supervising BCBA and excellent communication skills is a must.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in challenging situations
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client homes or other designated locations
- Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in both center and home-based settings.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Collect and document data on client progress and behavior management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
