Position Summary

The overall mission of the CSU Health Network is to support student success through care for the body and mind. The position of Behavioral Health Care Coordinator ( BHCC ) is an integral part of that mission, providing behavioral health and care coordination services for Colorado State University students. This position provides brief behavioral health interventions in a primary care setting, clinical assessment services, and care coordination services for students. The BHCC also serves as a consultant for providers in the primary care team. This position collaborates with other programs throughout the CSU Health Network and community to ensure students receive optimal care to promote success in all aspects of their life. This position reports to the Behavioral Health and Care Coordination Manager in Medical Services.
