Description

Haven Treatment Center in Vancouver will provide mental health services, educational support and job training to at-risk children in the foster care system. The center will include a residential area for children displaced in the foster care system and trauma beds for victims of child trafficking.

Full-Time

The Client Care Coordinator exemplifies the ability to adapt, multi-task and manage a front desk that is always functioning at a high level, monitoring and prioritizing the internal and external demands of our business.

Essential Functions

  • Greet incoming clients and visitors.
  • Check clients in and out as needed, schedule follow up appointments.
  • Answer phones and guide patients, answering their questions and concerns.
  • Help with front office, data entry, scheduling, medical records and phones as needed.
  • Participate in various projects and/or complete other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintaining client files - Update and file client medical records to ensure all changes and interactions with client protected information have been documented.
  • Clean/maintain patient exam rooms and stock supplies.
  • Carry out intake procedures per business office guidelines including transferring client demographic information into electronic schedulers and database.
  • Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits or self pay status.
  • Securing payment authorizations on payment authorization form, etc.
  • Ensuring that all clients are met with high honor and all receive the Haven Treatment Center experience!

Requirements

High school or equivalent. College degree, or pursuant of college degree preferred.

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred) Must follow universal precautions and procedures for healthcare.

Quick learner, self-starter and ability to work independently and approach tasks with a positive attitude.

Strong customer service skills and strong attention to detail.

Strong computer skills and typing 40 wpm or higher.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task.

Strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.

Must be punctual and reliable.
