Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Active LCSW licensure in the state of Alabama.

Previous experience in clinical social work, preferably in a healthcare or mental health setting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compassionate, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach to client care.
