Nurse: Opiate Treatment Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with an active, unencumbered license in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in medical nursing.  
  • AOD and or Psychiatric Nursing experience required.
