We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Retirement Plan Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you won't be just another number — you'll be a valued part of a company where your contributions make a real impact. You'll play a key part in the administration and compliance oversight of ERISA-governed retirement plans, including 401(k) and defined benefit plans, helping to ensure our clients' futures are well cared for.
As part of our Retirement Plan Services group, you'll work closely with plan sponsors, third party administrators, and internal teams to ensure our clients' plans operate within regulatory standards and deliver meaningful outcomes for participants. Your expertise in ERISA compliance, plan operations, and client service will help us continue to deliver best in-class retirement solutions.

Requirements:Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in retirement plan administration, financial services, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Familiarity with qualified retirement plans including 401(k), profit sharing, and defined benefit plans
- Experience supporting plan operations, including compliance testing, plan document review, and annual reporting
- Exposure to investment monitoring and plan governance practices
- Exceptional client service skills with a focus on retirement plan sponsors and participants
Requirements
- CRPS®, QKA®, or ASPPA designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
