Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a clinic-based setting. This role will involve working with children and/or adults to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), conduct assessments, and oversee the progress of clients on their treatment plans. The BCBA will also provide supervision and mentorship to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with families and other professionals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Supervise and train RBTs and other behavior therapy staff.
Implement and monitor data collection systems for client progress.
Provide one-on-one therapy to clients, as needed.
Conduct parent training and provide support and guidance for family members.
Ensure adherence to ethical standards and BACB guidelines.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists).
Attend regular team meetings and case reviews.
Qualifications:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working in a clinic setting (preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
Experience with assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or FBA.
