The Arc Western Montana is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Competitive Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
- Includes billable hour documentation and caseload structure per state regulations
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 3 weeks for full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and supervise staff, including BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior analyst candidates, to ensure ethical and effective service delivery
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions
- Develop measurable goals and objectives that align with individual needs and functional assessment outcomes
- Provide consultation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including support staff, families, and medical providers
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and the Administrative Rules of Montana governing behavior support
Employment Type
Full-time: 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday

- Graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the State of Montana
- 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
- At least one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills
- Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
- Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record preferred
- Must pass background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
