The Arc Western Montana is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you’ll lead assessments, design individualized behavior plans, and train and supervise staff across home, community, and center-based settings. Competitive Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 annually, depending on experience
• Includes billable hour documentation and caseload structure per state regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and supervise staff, including BCaBAs, RBTs, and behavior analyst candidates, to ensure ethical and effective service delivery
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to assess the effectiveness of interventions
• Develop measurable goals and objectives that align with individual needs and functional assessment outcomes
• Provide consultation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including support staff, families, and medical providers
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and the Administrative Rules of Montana governing behavior support

Employment Type
Full-time: 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• Graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or related field
• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the State of Montana
• 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
• At least one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis management skills
• Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record preferred
• Must pass background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
