Yellowstone Therapy Center is a multiple specialty clinic with occupational, speech, ABA and tutoring services. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

The LCSW will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans for a diverse client population. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the mental and emotional well-being of individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group therapy for clients with mental health and emotional challenges

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans

Offer crisis intervention and support during acute episodes

Document client progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards

Collaborate with other clinicians, medical staff, and community partners to ensure holistic care

Facilitate psychoeducation and support groups as needed

Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

Maintain a safe and confidential environment for clients

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

Licensing: Valid LCSW license in the state of Montana (or the ability to obtain if licensed in another state)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in providing clinical social work services (experience with children preferred)

Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, DSM-5, and therapeutic techniques

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred

Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients
