We are looking for a passionate Clinic Director (BCBA) to lead a dedicated clinical team, drive impactful ABA services, and help shape the future of our clinic in St. Peters, Missouri.

What You’ll Do
Leadership & Team Supervision
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, providing ongoing guidance and clinical support
- Conduct staff performance reviews and support professional development
- Foster a collaborative, positive work culture by resolving conflicts and maintaining open communication
- Represent Latitude at family meetings and community events
Clinical Oversight
- Provide oversight and fidelity checks of treatment plans and service delivery
- Ensure accuracy of clinical documentation and data collection
- Host regular clinical team meetings and monitor progress toward clinical goals
- Support therapists in maintaining productivity and service quality standards
Caseload Management
- Maintain a reduced caseload while prioritizing team support
- Document sessions and billing within 24 hours
- Conduct caregiver training to ensure generalization of treatment strategies
Operations & Administration
- Monitor team productivity, documentation, and compliance
- Manage clinic data systems in accordance with BACB and organizational guidelines
- Collaborate with HR on staff scheduling, PTO, and policy adherence
- Assist with internal reporting on clinic performance metrics
Special Projects
- Lead or contribute to initiatives like parent training, student analyst development, school partnerships, and research collaborations
- Perform other duties that support the growth and success of the clinic

- 3+ years as a practicing BCBA (5+ preferred)
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
- Experience delivering caregiver training and supporting families
- Reliable transportation and active driver’s license
- Personable, innovative, and adaptable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Technologically proficient (electronic data collection, treatment planning, etc.)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Demonstrates professionalism and ethical integrity
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to run short distances and physically respond to clients
- Participation in Mandt Training (includes physical components)
- May be exposed to moderate risk of injury (e.g., bites, scratches, grabs)
- Must respond effectively to behavioral escalation in children with special needs
