Job Summary:

We are looking for a Clinical Director to oversee and develop our clinical department. This role involves tasks such as hiring, evaluating, scheduling, and supervising staff. The Clinical Director will be responsible for creating strategies for ongoing growth and providing clinical training to staff and interns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the addictions counseling department.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to counselors, therapists, and other clinical staff.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate addiction treatment programs.

  • Create and maintain treatment protocols and ensure adherence to best practices in addiction counseling.

  • Monitor and maintain compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., CARF, state regulations).

  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring access to necessary resources and support services.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Valid State Licensure (LCSW-C, LCADC, or LCPC).

  • Experience in addiction or substance abuse counselor (Required).

  • 3 years of Supervisory / Leadership experience (Preferred)
