Job Title: Clinical Director (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC Required)

Pay: $85,000 – $120,000/year

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and grow our behavioral health team. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, supervising staff and interns, managing schedules, and ensuring the highest quality of individualized care for clients battling substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical staff and interns
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and overall clinical operations
• Develop and implement strategies for continued program growth
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical best practices
• Maintain our supportive, family-like environment for clients and staff

Qualifications:

• Must have active LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC license
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience
• Experience in addiction/substance abuse treatment required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts
