- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy through video sessions, using evidence-based techniques like CBT and ABA.
- Offer trauma-informed care for clients dealing with PTSD.
- Manage client cases, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with external providers.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
- Engage in family therapy to support positive relationships and behavioral improvements.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- At least three years of experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
