Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clinical assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
Provide therapy through video sessions, using evidence-based techniques like CBT and ABA.
Offer trauma-informed care for clients dealing with PTSD.
Manage client cases, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with external providers.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with ICD-9 standards.
Engage in family therapy to support positive relationships and behavioral improvements.

RequirementsQualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
At least three years of experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
