Requirements:
To join Talkspace, therapists & counselors must provide proof of:

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
• Individual NPI & CAQH numbers
• Current residence in the USA

Compensation Detail:
You will earn $70 for each 60-minute live session, with session rates varying based on the state's location of your client. Rates for shorter sessions (30- and 45-minute) will be prorated. Additionally, asynchronous messaging rates fluctuate depending on client plans and their residing state, along with bonuses for new client engagement.
