Integrated Life Choices is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Nebraska. The city location is flexible.
This position is responsible for providing Consultative Assessment Services which includes addressing problematic behaviors and developing behavioral interventions. This includes writing and training Director Support Professionals (DSPs) on behavior support plans (BSP) that are developed based on a functional behavior assessment. The duties include observations, monthly analysis, and participation/collaboration with a team, including meetings. The philosophy is that of applied behavior analysis (ABA), along with ILC's Mission and Core Values.

BCBA Job Duties
- Responsible for overseeing Consultative Assessment Services which includes monitoring, coordinating, and implementing goals, objectives, and individual safety plans in accordance with DHHS standards and applicable regulations.
- Oversees and/or completes functional behavioral assessments, behavior support programs, and safety plans for individuals supported.
- Provides input to individual teams regarding treatment response and progress reports on a monthly basis.
- Evaluates the appropriateness of treatment responses
- Develop and train staff in the implementation of behavioral intervention strategies and safety plans.
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of services delivered to individuals through participation in meetings and observations of individuals supported and analysis of data as necessary to direct service outcomes.
BCBA Job Requirements:
- Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) or Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience completing functional behavior assessments and writing behavioral support plans
