We are a seeking compassionate, client-centered therapist to join our team in our Layton office.
As a therapist with us, you would provide clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health, developmental, and behavioral disorders. We are known for helping families in a hands-on manner that includes parent consultation and help with “difficult” presentations. Outpatient therapy includes psychoeducational activities/interventions designed to assist the client in the reduction of dysfunction and in skill acquisition. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal-specific interventions.
Responsibilities:
Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
Develop and execute individual treatment plans
Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
Facilitate referrals to healthcare professionals and programs
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling - Licensure/Certification (LCSW, CSW, LCMHC, ACMHC, etc.)
Previous experience in trauma-focused therapy would be appreciated
Previous experience in working with youth and families with developmental disorders like Autism and ADHD
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Interest and/or experience in individual, group, and family therapy across the lifespan
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Higher hourly rate for qualified supervisors willing to work with interns

We offer a competitive hourly pay dependent on licensure and experience. We are looking for an hourly commitment of at least 25 hours per week.
