About Job

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities, either as a Registered Behavior Technician or in early intervention settings.

Duties:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
  • Collect data on client behavior during sessions
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and progress tracking
  • Have fun and enjoy being part of our supportive, passionate team!

Requirements

  • Experience strongly preferred working as an RBT or in early intervention.
  • Strong ability to work effectively with children (between 3-18 years old) and follow clinical guidance.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, including at least two evenings a week.
