Your Role as a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA):
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Accel Therapies, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of personalized treatment plans and programs for your clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth functional behavior assessments to guide intervention strategies.
- Providing expert clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors.
- Delivering impactful training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Upholding the highest standards of client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, representing Accel Therapies with professionalism.
- Implementing treatment plans with precision and diligently tracking and analyzing data to monitor progress.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our evidence-based practices through our internal curriculum and resources.
- Participating in crucial organizational functions such as quality assurance and staff training initiatives.
- Maintaining a consistent caseload of 30 billable hours per week.
What You'll Need:
- Proven ability to provide effective supervision and training across various service delivery models (center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth).
- Proficiency in utilizing Company iPads and Laptops for efficient communication, data management, clinical documentation, scheduling, and other essential applications.
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including homes, community settings, schools, and our centers.
- A strong collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to contribute to our positive and supportive office culture. We value teamwork and encourage in-office engagement!
- Demonstrated ability to manage challenging behaviors and ensure the safety of clients and providers.
- Successful completion of a TB test, required immunizations, and a background check.
- Highly Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to better serve our diverse community.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
- A current and valid BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification is required.
- A strong interest in and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- A genuine passion for the field of ABA and a deep commitment to helping clients and their families achieve meaningful outcomes.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to access and navigate all departments within the organization’s facilities.
