  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to determine individual needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans, grounded in the principles of ABA.
  • Provide direct behavior therapy, ensuring adherence to established protocols and treatment strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including caregivers and educators, to design comprehensive intervention strategies.
  • Analyze data to monitor progress and refine treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Offer training and continuous support to caregivers and professionals executing intervention strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
Qualifications:
  • Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in providing behavior analysis services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Experience in conducting thorough behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
