- Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to determine individual needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans, grounded in the principles of ABA.
- Provide direct behavior therapy, ensuring adherence to established protocols and treatment strategies.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including caregivers and educators, to design comprehensive intervention strategies.
- Analyze data to monitor progress and refine treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Offer training and continuous support to caregivers and professionals executing intervention strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in providing behavior analysis services.
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting thorough behavior assessments and developing intervention plans.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
