We are currently looking for an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) or Associate Clinical Social Worker (APCC) to join our compassionate, tight-knit, and growing telehealth team.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome passionate, pre-licensed clinicians in California who are working toward licensure and want to gain experience in a private-practice-like setting while still receiving robust support.

Ideal candidates:

• Hold (or are in process of receiving) AMFT, ASW, or APCC designation through the California BBS
• Are seeking clinical supervision hours toward licensure (up to four three per week)
• Have a strong desire to grow in private practice and develop long-term clinical skills
• Are excited to work with adolescents to older adults

• Schedule: Afternoon, evening, and optional weekend hours
• Work Location: Fully Remote (must reside in California)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, progress notes, treatment plans)
• Collaborate with our admin and support teams to maintain smooth operations
• Work independently while remaining communicative with staff as needed

Requirements

• Associate registration (AMFT, APCC, or ASW) with the California BBS or soon to be registered
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer proficiency (telehealth experience a plus)
