Responsibilities:

Inspira Behavior. is seeking a self-motivated, quick-thinking Behavior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) who possesses the ability to solve problems in the moment. This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Masters degree in Psychology, Education or related field
• At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the child’s needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using principles of ABA
• The ideal candidate has experience with Systematic Teaching (DTT) and Verbal Behavior
• Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments a plus
• Write quarterly progress reports
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
• Provide parent training
• Supervision / Direct Treatment
