We’re looking for a licensed psychologist who is seeking meaningful work, connection, and flexibility. This is a contractor role with the freedom to build a caseload that works for your life, with admin support and a thoughtful, collaborative team behind you.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients via telehealth
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR system
- Deliver culturally informed, affirming care to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with the intake coordinator to support appropriate client matching and care
- Participate in occasional team meetings, peer support, or case consultation
- Communicate thoughtfully and professionally with clients, colleagues, and leadership
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of care and licensing board regulations
- Maintain a consistent schedule aligned with the hours you choose to work.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Clinical Psychology or related degree
- Active and unrestricted license to practice therapy in Oregon and (WA too is a plus!)
- Someone familiar with the local culture of the PNW
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience providing individual therapy
- Access to a private, HIPAA-compliant space for remote sessions
- Willingness to do supervision
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
Desired Qualifications

- Interest in supervising other clinicians
- Comfort working with a range of client concerns, with flexibility to focus on a niche
- Interest in long-term work within a collaborative group practice
- Couples or group therapy interest and experience
