Hours: full-time (37.5 hours per week) Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., hybrid on-site 2 days, remote 3 days after training period

Position Summary
The Recruiter will utilize all available resources such as applicant tracking software, HRIS, databases, spreadsheets, vacancy reports, previous job postings, etc. to achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates while working in a team environment and reporting directly to his/her designated supervisor. The recruiter will engage in open, honest and transparent communication with supervisor, team members, job candidates, and management.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 1 - 2 years of related experience, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prefer 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience in behavioral health or healthcare field.
Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to conduct different types of interviews, i.e. structured, behavioral based, competency based, etc. via telephone and in-person; strong sales and presentation skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to develop and generate reports relevant to recruitment, retention and other HR metrics; ability to utilize HRIS and ATS software; ability to work on multiple tasks & projects at the same time, while maintaining focus and discipline to meet deadlines; strong knowledge of social media for recruitment, branding, sourcing and hiring activities; ability to work independently, as well as work as part of a team.
Willing and available to work modified schedules (weekends, holidays, etc.) as needed, and must be willing to work beyond 40 hours per week. Ability to drive and must possess a valid driver's license. May be required to travel to different Horizon work sites during the day based on operational needs or provide administrative support at other locations, as well as attend career fairs. Regular attendance at trainings and Horizon meetings may require travel to a variety of Horizon sites.
