Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate BCaBA to develop and oversee ABA programs, train staff, and support children with autism and related disorders. If you’re looking for a meaningful role with growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of a highly-qualified BCBA, the BCaBA will:
Design and oversee individualized ABA programs based on assessments.
Conduct skills and behavior assessments (FBAs, preference assessments, etc.).
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation.
Provide parent training and occasional direct therapy as needed.
Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Stay updated on best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications
BCaBA certification (required in applicable states).
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (preferred).
1+ years of experience working with children with autism (preferred).
No disciplinary actions on license/certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Passion for ABA and helping children succeed.
