Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise behavioral therapists on assigned cases
  • Develop ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on progress and strategies
  • Collaborate with parents and case managers to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification from the BACB (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus)
  • Experience working with children with autism
