OUR MISSION

Discovery ABA provides in-home, center-based, and school-based ABA therapy services to children aged 2 to 21. Our hands-on approach and commitment to evidence-based therapy aim to prepare children to function effectively in all areas of their lives. YOUR TYPICAL DAY

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA, your day starts with visiting clients' homes or school settings, where you provide assessments and develop individualized plans to improve behaviors and quality of life for children and adults on the autism spectrum. You also supervise and train registered behavior therapists (RBTs), guide families, and monitor progress reports. Your days are diverse and dynamic, with 80% of cases occurring in the afternoon.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Valid NV driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Bilingual applicants are highly preferred!


WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION
