The Admissions Intake is responsible for overseeing the referrals at our Facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for prospective residents and their families. This role involves managing census and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions Process Management

• Oversee and review the admissions referrals, documentation, and the onboarding of new residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine the facility’s ability to meet the needs of prospective residents.
• Ensure that all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in admissions within a long-term care setting.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and families.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
