At Hand in Hand Behavior Therapy, LLC, our mission is to equip clients with the behavioral skills needed to achieve the highest level of independence. We provide individualized and ethical interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our focus is on delivering tailored support to meet each client's unique needs and promoting successful outcomes through ethical practice.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, located in Tampa, FL. The role involves conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing parent education and training. The analyst will monitor client progress, manage behavior data, and collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology related to behavior management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with children and families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
