POSITION DETAILS

ROLE: Independent Contractor – Mental Health Therapists & Interns

PAY: Competitive pay structure, with licensed clinicians earning up to $104,000 annually and interns up to $83,200, based on caseload, experience, and licensure

LOCATION: Las Vegas (Jones), North Las Vegas, or Henderson Location

SHIFT: Monday–Friday, with weekend availability

HOURS: Full-time positions available, with part-time opportunities for those seeking flexible schedules

Now Hiring: Mental Health Therapists & Interns

We are looking for licensed professionals, including:

  • Active License as an LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, CPC-I, CSW-I, and MFT-I in Nevada.
  • Additionally, as an Approved Internship Site by the Nevada Social Work Board, we are actively seeking CSW-I, MFT-I, and CPC-I interns in the Las Vegas area.

We seek highly motivated, compassionate, and reliable mental health professionals ready to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in Nevada (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, CPC-I, CSW-I, or MFT-I)
  • Experience in individual, family, or couples therapy within scope of practice
  • Preferred: Ability to see children ages 5+
  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Comfortable using technology for clinical documentation
