Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to help design and implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your support will play a key role in promoting meaningful progress for our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and analyze behavior data to assess progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Help train caregivers and staff in ABA strategies to ensure consistency across settings.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- BCaBA certification required and in good standing.
- Solid understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong documentation, data collection, and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
