Clinical Director (BCBA) - McKinney, TX

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our team and provide services to our in-home clients in McKinney, TX. As a Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. You will play a key role in shaping positive behavioral outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for clients, while also providing support and training to caregivers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
•Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health concerns.
•Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on effective behavior management techniques.
Skills and Requirements:
•Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
•At least one year of director experience working in a clinic.
•Proficiency in medical documentation practices and maintaining medical records.
