MRIoA is a national Independent Review Organization, who facilitates the review of medical claims to determine treatment appropriateness.
THE OPPORTUNITY:

Ability to sit at a desk, utilize a PC, telephone, and other basic office equipment is required. This role is designed to be a remote position (work-from-home).

- Review Prior Authorizations for treatment by applying nationally accepted medical and healthcare plan guidelines and provide expert, unbiased assessments while ensuring compliance with ERISA/DOL and state regulations.
- Flexibility – work as little as 1-2 hours per week (with no minimum requirement). Most cases take 30-60 minutes to complete.
- Work remotely from anywhere in the US (Per HIPPA Regulations patient records cannot leave the US.)
- Covered under MRIoA’s Errors and Omissions policy
- Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity
- Must be an MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Must have 5 years of patient care experience in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Must have an unrestricted Minnesota state medical license
- Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card
