Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves working closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in treatment approaches.
Experience
- A valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, documentation, and record-keeping practices is essential.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavioral health principles is necessary.
- Experience working with children is preferred, along with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is required to ensure confidentiality and compliance in all aspects of care delivery.

Pay: $74,855.00 - $85,000.00 per year
